Quality lenses begin with quality molds. OptiCast molds are manufactured to exacting specifications to assure the highest quality lenses. By using a combination of front and back molds provided with each system you can cast clear or photochromic lens prescriptions covering approximately 92% of all possible prescriptions.

OptiCast 2,4 and 6 base single vision molds allow you to cast +4.0 to -4.0 lenses with cylinder to -2.00. Our 6 base SV aspheric mold design automatically produces thinner, flatter, high plus lenses for optimum visual and cosmetic performance

Standard 30mm aspheric molds allow you to cast value added flat-tops in adds from +1.0 to +3.0 in .25 diopter increments and in powers of -4.0 to +4.0 with cylinder to -2.00.

The ultra soft design completely eliminates distance vision distortion and its wide corridor and broad reading area allow you the flexibility to chose virtually any of today’s smaller fashion frames. Available in +1.0 to +3.0 adds in .25 diopter steps the aspheric design automatically provides thinner and lighter lenses in powers of -4.0 to +4.0 with cylinder to -2.00.
